Norton Motorcycles Norton Atlas Spotted Testing in India Ahead of Expected Launch
  • Likely to be launched in the second half of 2026
  • Will be powered by a 585cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine
  • To be offered in two variants

The new Norton Atlas is already being tested in India and expected to launch before the end of 2026. There will be two versions available: the Atlas for off-roading and GT for road use.

Looking at some leaked images, it is quite clear that the bike is now fitted with a front alloy wheel of 19 inches in size. While introducing the Atlas series at EICMA 2025, the Standard Norton Atlas was equipped with front and rear cross-spoke wheels of 19 and 17 inches respectively.

In all likelihood, the Norton will be offered with alloy wheels for its model in India in order to keep the cost under control. There may be another reason for this, too, that Norton might be testing the alloy wheels on their bikes. In case of the Atlas GT, 17-inch alloy wheels are anticipated at both ends.

The motorcycle will have an engine capacity of 585cc liquid-cooled parallel twin, delivering 70bhp. It will come with an 8-inch TFT console, connectivity functions, riding modes, cruise control, and traction control.
