The Bullet 650 has been introduced in India for Rs. 3,64,865 (Ex-showroom, Chennai). This means that it is priced at par with the Classic 650’s entry-level colors, Vallam Red and Bruntingthorpe Blue, and comes with a Rs. 14,496 price reduction from the top-tier Black Chrome color version.
Royal Enfield’s Bullet 650 made its debut appearance at Motoverse 2025. Its launch in January 2026 was highly anticipated after a series of postponements.

The bike retains the styling aspect of the Bullet 350, which is evident in the unique round headlight combination along with the Tiger Eye headlamps, the tear-drop fuel tank, and the wider rear fender. However, unlike the Classic 650, it comes with a one-seater. The bike is offered in two colors: Battleship Blue and Cannon Black.
It uses the same engine as the other bikes from the 650cc range, that is, the 647.95cc, air and oil cooled parallel twin cylinder motor producing 46.4bhp and 52.3Nm power and torque respectively. It comes with a six speed transmission.

Bullet 650 has a dual cradle-type chassis with a telescopic front fork and double shock absorbers at the rear end. The Bullet 650 has a wheelbase of 19 inches at the front end while that of the rear end is 18 inches. It has a disc brake of 320mm at the front and 300mm at the rear ends.
