Mini India has unveiled the pricing for its Cooper S GP Inspired Edition, beginning from Rs. 58.90 lakh (Ex-showroom). Bookings for the limited edition model, that is available only in 30 numbers in the country, have been initiated at the beginning of this month.
The Mini Cooper S GP Inspired Edition sits one step above the JCW Pack model with its host of enhancements such as revised styling for the bumpers, grille, side skirts, and roof spoiler, 17-inch black alloy wheels, and “1 of 30” badge on the C-pillar. Other enhancements include GP-inspired features such as the rear diffuser, bonnet stripes, illuminated door sills, and front and side winglets. The new model is offered in a unique Legend Grey color scheme along with the Chilli Red mirror caps and roof.

In terms of interior specifications, the Mini Cooper S-based model comes with the JCW specification steering wheel and sport seats with red highlights for the headrests. Additional features include Level 1 ADAS, HUD, panoramic sunroof, powered driver seat, 9.4-inch circular touchscreen infotainment system, and wireless charging.

The Mini Cooper S GP Inspired Edition features the well-known 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 201 bhp and 300 Nm torque. The engine is mated to a seven-speed DCT transmission that enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 6.6 seconds.
