Mercedes-Benz has announced a recall of their new electric G-Class cars in India. As per information provided, a total of 99 cars will be recalled. The problem concerns with the bolts of wheels that may not satisfy the requirement of the manufacturer.

The bolting of wheel bolts and hence its connection might become loose over time during the drive and may affect the stability of driving. This may eventually cause an accident in the future.
A total of 99 cars, as stated earlier, produced from 12 July 2024 to 18 August 2025 will undergo recall. Though there is no formal announcement yet, but we believe that this defect will be resolved free of charge for the customers. Moreover, the automobile maker will definitely reach out to the owners of the affected cars through dealerships.
