- “SV Standard Model Makes its Debut in Range Rover Sport Family in India”

The JLR India company has introduced the new Range Rover Sport SV in India for an ex-showroom price of Rs. 2.05 crore. The new model is expected to be a more powerful one since it has been dubbed as the sportiest version of the SUV.
Thus, the introduction of this new Range Rover variant allows customers three variants of the model in the SV series. These include the new Range Rover Sport SV, with its base price of Rs. 2.05 crore, followed by the Range Rover Sport SV Black that comes for Rs. 2.20 crore, and the Sport SV Carbon version with an ex-showroom price of Rs. 2.35 crore. Notably, this introduction follows the announcement of revised and reduced prices of other Range Rover models recently.

It should be noted that each of these models is fitted with a 4.4-litre V8 mild hybrid petrol engine, which provides 626bhp and 750Nm torque. Additionally, the new Range Rover Sports use an automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive system. As claimed, JLR achieves a speed of up to 100 kmph within just 3.8 seconds. In addition, all these models feature the new and advanced JLR’s proprietary 6D Dynamics suspension system.
The newly-launched Sport SV comes with a carefully crafted bespoke paint range that comprises five unique colors available in gloss, matte, and satin finish options. Some of these exclusive paint colors include Green Satin, Orange Matte, Blue Gloss, Violet Matte, and Teal Gloss. The other features include 22-inch forged alloy wheels, black roof, SV styling, and illuminated branding.

The cabin features Light Cloud and Ebony Windsor leather seats, Body & Soul Seats, Meridian Signature Audio system, extended leather pack, and sliding panoramic sunroof.
Bookings for the new Sport SV model are now open, with deliveries expected to begin from August 2026 onwards.
As part of the launch of its new variant, Jaguar Land Rover India has increased the prices of its Range Rover Sport HSE petrol and diesel models by Rs. 2.23 lakh each.
