- 124.9cc liquid-cooled V-twin; 13.8bhp
- Smoother delivery with lower vibration
With the N125V, Morbidelli has made a statement in the entry-level naked segment. The fact is that Morbidelli has built a motorcycle with an all-new 124.9cc liquid-cooled V-twin engine rather than something meager like a single cylinder. The new engine is engineered to be practical and a differentiating factor from the conventional bikes in terms of dynamics and feel. Do not expect this to come to India anytime soon.

What works in favor of this V-twin engine is its refined behavior. This engine has better torque output and vibrations are significantly less. The bike gets better handling and friendliness for city use. The N125V is going to definitely provide a more premium riding experience than other motorcycles in the category.
The N125V has a six valve engine that makes it the first N-V series bike in the 125 category to do so. The power generated by this model is 13.8bhp and 10.9Nm. The design of this bike includes the use of steel lattice frames and single sided swingarms made from aluminum, both unique aspects of a 125 motorcycle.

Engine complexity will definitely see it priced well above the average cost of 125cc engines, but then this is definitely not an average commuter bike. Morbidelli is actually a brand that is even further removed from India than its owner, Keeway, but it sure sounds logical for engineers to want this V-twin six valve liquid-cooled gem.
